Beginner’s Guide to ZhiNeng Qigong Practices
Sit in a comfortable position, spine straight, head forward.
Relax your body.
Slowly raise your arms in front of you, palms facing one another, as if you were holding a ball between them.
Inhale deeply as you slightly move your hands together contracting the ball , exhale as you expand them.
Visualise energy expanding and contracting with each breath and movement.
